This blog intends to promote the simple reading and explanation of Scripture. "Man shall not live by bread alone..." This means that there is more to living life than eating, working and sleeping. "but by every Word that proceeds from the mouth of God." God's word provides the nutrients we need to live a purposeful and obedient life. Verse for Today intends to feed this need.
